A Cozy Scarf For A Cold Day
I loved the original blanket pattern from Bernat that I couldn’t stop myself from being inspired to write “A Cozy Scarf For A Cold Day”. I had adapt from the original pattern because the blanket result was so impeccable. The scarf is so relaxed looking too, so depending on your colour scheme it could be classy, casual or crazy fun. I myself am anticipating many more colour combos for this scarf to sell on http://ribblr.com/myshop.
This Cozy Scarf is super squishy and even though there are holes throughout the pattern the factor of it being made with two different yarn types and it is a loose crochet on a large hook mean when it’s cold, you remain cozy.
Without further ado here is your pattern
A Cozy Scarf For a Cold Day
Yarn A: Size 4 weight
Yarn B: Size 6 weight
Chain 61 using Col A and B tog.
Foundation Row: DC 5th CH from hook, *DC, CH 1, DC in same space. Skip ST, DC, CH1, DC in same space*. Rep across ending DC in last CH space.
Row 1: CH 2, turn, *DC, CH 1, DC, in CH 1 space of previous row.* Rep across ending DC in last ST.
Repeat Row 1 x8 times.
Bind off and SC around scarf.
Fringe optional
FINISHED
